Installing wood floors this week!

Monday - rest day

Tuesday - Tough workout with the FTRs!  Ran intervals of 5-mins/7-mins/3-mins with 1-min recovery jogs in between... did two sets of that, followed by 8 x ~100 meter sprints.  8.4 miles total.

Wednesday - removed carpet, tack strips, etc.


07/18/2013
Thursday - Ran 4 x 400m + 2 x 200m w/ 200m jogs at a local track.  Ran the 400's in 1:33, 1:30, 1:31, and 1:29.  200's in :45 and :42  (all in the 5:45 - 6:00 min/mile range).  Also hauled the carpet to the dump and did some more prep work in the house.

Friday - rest day, finishing up prep work before installing new floors over the weekend.

Saturday - worked on the floors, 8am-1:30am.


07/21/2013
Sunday - worked on the floors, 10am-12:30am.

HUGE thanks to my brother-in-laws for their help!!!

Weekly Totals :( 13.96 miles, +775 ft.
