CIM 2008: I made it to mile 20 in 2:54, then began to feel terribly nauseous, my pace dropped considerably, and I finished in 4:08.
CIM 2013: I made it to mile 20 in 2:50, then began to feel terribly nauseous, my pace dropped considerably, and I finished in 4:03.
CIM 2015: I'll be aiming for a new marathon personal best (under 3:45)... we shall see. I'm jumping into the 4th week of a 16 week marathon training plan,let's see how it goes.
